General Terms and Conditions of Sale

Article 1 — Purpose

These General Terms and Conditions of Sale (GTCs) govern sales concluded between À fleur de lettres éditions (hereinafter referred to as "the Seller") and any buyer (hereinafter referred to as "the Customer") via the website a-fleur-de-lettres-editions.myshopify.com.

Article 2 — Products

The products offered are artisanal epistolary works (printed letters), boxes, and accessories. Descriptions and prices are indicated on each product page. The Seller reserves the right to modify its offers at any time.

Article 3 — Prices

Prices are indicated in euros, inclusive of all taxes. Delivery fees are calculated at checkout based on the destination. The Seller reserves the right to modify its prices at any time, with orders being invoiced at the rate in force at the time of the order.

Article 4 — Order and Payment

The order is validated after payment confirmation. Payments are secured via Shopify Payments. Payment in installments is available for the Immersion Box.

Article 5 — Subscription

The Reminiscences subscription is non-binding. It can be canceled at any time from the customer account before the next due date. No refunds are issued for the current period.

Article 6 — Delivery

Orders are dispatched within 48 business hours. Delivery times are indicative. The Seller cannot be held responsible for delays attributable to carriers.

Article 7 — Right of Withdrawal

In accordance with Article L221-18 of the Consumer Code, the Customer has a period of 14 days to exercise their right of withdrawal, starting from the receipt of their order. This right does not apply to personalized or digital products already downloaded.

Article 8 — Intellectual Property

All content of the Reminiscences saga (texts, characters, universe) is the exclusive property of À fleur de lettres éditions. Any reproduction is prohibited without written authorization.

Article 9 — Disputes

In the event of a dispute, the Customer can contact the Seller at the email address indicated in the legal notice. In the absence of an amicable resolution, French courts will have jurisdiction.
